Andrea Amador has created a comprehensive program designed to give you the ability to feel comfortable and confident around food, make peace with every conceivable yummy goody and resist temptation when you don't want to eat. Week 2 – When Is Being Hungry Not Really Being Hungry?
- What are the various disguises of hunger, the symptoms, signals and types
- Why your struggle with weight and emotional eating is not an indication of weakness on your part, lack of discipline or laziness. It’s simply a habit that your brain acquired that can be changed.
- The importance of creating new empowering associations to interrupt the pattern of food="Comfort"
